In 1989, my husband and I moved to the Foothills, specifically, Auburn Lake Trails, where we raised our daughter. We built two homes and have been involved in remodeling several. Throughout this process, I discovered I had more than just a watchful eye for Real Estate and decided to pursue a full time career assisting others find their dream home. Due to the background experience I have in construction, I can help my clients with land and building questions.
I continue to advance my career in many ways and enjoy assisting both buyers and sellers with their Real Estate transactions. There are many hurdles when buying or selling a property, so I strive to make transactions as seamless as possible for my clients. Whether a client is looking for a primary residence, investment property, or vacation home, I’m here to help. I recently became a Certified Residential Specialist; a designation held by only 4% of Real Estate Agents. This advanced training program is a huge time and financial commitment but in an ever changing industry such as Real Estate, I feel this is the best way to support my clients.
This area is full of great people, beautiful wildlife, and lots of recreation; so I am happy to share it with others who are searching for a better quality of life. I pride myself in a strong referral based business from other successful clients and friends. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, quad riding, boating, watching movies with my family, and spending time with my dogs Willow & Riley!
